My slip chain arrived unlooped. Is something missing?

The slip chain is intentionally shipped unlooped this is what allows it to adjust smoothly once worn.

How to set it up (takes just a moment):

  1. Take the end with the heart ring.
  2. Slide the other end of the chain straight through the heart opening.
  3. Gently pull the adjustable slip loop will form instantly.

Once looped, the necklace is fully adjustable and ready to wear.

Is it safe to pull?

Yes you can pull with moderate force not just super lightly. Only when the force becomes too strong will the safety connector release on purpose to protect the neck. It’s not meant for choking or rough-force play.
Does it pull hair?

NO. The chain is fully polished and smooth, and when worn in the correct position (across the neck, not touching the hairline). it won’t snag or pull hair.
Does it pinch the skin?

Never. Every link is hand-polished and rounded, so even when you tug firmly, it doesn’t pinch or bite the skin.
Can the chain break?

Not under normal use. Our Slip-Chain uses thick hand-welded links, making it far sturdier than other versions. If excessive force is applied beyond safe limits, the safety connector will intentionally release to protect the wearer.
